The Michael McIntyre Live And Laughing DVD was just released yesterday and I personally cannot wait to watch it, and have already ensured that I will receive it for Christmas.

Michael McIntyre is probably my favourite stand-up comedian at the moment, and I would even say that he could be the new Peter Kay. He really is that good. He is still relatively unknown, but if you have seen his Live At The Apollo performance or his appearances on the various TV panel shows he’s been in, you will probably know just how funny Michael McIntyre is.

His stand-up routine on Live At The Apollo, in particular, was absolutely hilarious, and this was the first time I had ever seen him. I’ve been looking out for him ever since and am delighted that he’s brought out a DVD, because this could turn out to be a must-own DVD, particularly if it’s anything like his nationwide tour shows, which have been receiving rave reviews from the critics.
