Coleen Nolan’s DiscoBurn DVD

This time of year sees a whole host of fitness DVDs being released as a lot of people think about losing weight after the Christmas festivities are over. The latest one that I want to tell you about is Coleen Nolan’s DiscoBurn DVD.

Coleen Nolan devised a fun exercise routine with a top fitness instructor that helped her to lose two stone recently, and she now shares this exact same routine with you in this brand new DVD.

As the title suggests, it’s designed to be performed to a backing track of disco music so the routine is actually enjoyable and fun to do. This is important because it’s very easy to become bored with a tedious workout regime and subsequently give up on it, but there is little chance of that happening with this lively disco-themed routine.

To lose weight, it is suggested you perform Coleen Nolan’s fitness routine three times a week and combine it with a healthy diet, which she also shares with you in this DVD. If you stick to this plan, then there’s no reason why you can’t lose weight just like Coleen did.
