Well this is somewhat of a surprising DVD release because as far as I’m aware this is the first highlights package to be released of any of the series so far. Plus the fact that Series 6 was one of the weaker series so far in my opinion.

Anyway this Strictly Come Dancing - The Best Of Series 6 DVD features highlights of the latest series from 2008 which was one of the most controversial yet. This series featured some very talented dancers including Rachel Stevens, Cherie Lunghi, Lisa Snowdon, Austin Healy and the eventual winner Tom Chambers.

However it will probably be best remembered for the hilarious dance routines from John Sergeant, who really did win over an entire nation before he gracefully left the series when it looked like he might actually be in with a chance of winning the whole competition.
