Letitia Dean, the former Eastenders actress, is another female celebrity to bring out a fitness DVD and this one promises to be good because Letitia has lost a noticeable amount of weight in recent months. Without being unkind she’s always been overweight, even when appearing on Strictly Come Dancing, but having recently seen her on TV I have to say she’s looking fantastic at the moment.
